The Cove, with its lavish interior decor has a stately, old world ambiance but with every modern world amenity provided. The elegant gourmet galley even includes a spacious 25 cu. ft. side by side refrigerator/freezer. The Cove showcases an elaborate entertainment center including 27" TV with dvd player, and bluetooth sound bar. Two private staterooms, convertible couch, one full and one twin size bunk are on the main level. You'll find the open air hot tub, wet bar, stereo, and water-slide on the flying bridge. Including the air conditioned penthouse loft, the Cove sleeps 15 comfortably. PETS NOT ALLOWED

Cancellation policy - What to bring
CANCELLATION Policy
Rental Deposit: One half of your rental fee is required to reserve your houseboat. The remaining balance is charged 45 days prior to your trip. If you would like to use a different card than on file, contact us to do so.
Cancellations: Please be sure of your vacation dates prior to reserving your houseboat and sending in your first payment. We have a short season so our cancellation policy is as follows. Cancel anytime less than 120 days prior to your reservation and forfeit all fees paid. Cancel anytime before 120 days prior to your reservation and you must provide us with written notice and will forfeit a $750.00 service fee.
Roll over / rain check: If we are able to rent the boat for the same time and price we may at our discretion, offer a rain check.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required on all houseboat rentals. This deposit will be applied to any outstanding charges including lost or damages items, late returns, excessively unclean boats or damage resulting from negligent operation or activity on the houseboat. Security deposit must be paid at time of boarding and placed on responsible parties credit card.
Returning Houseboats: Houseboats typically have a short turnaround time and go right back out with another group. Houseboats are to be returned broom clean with dishes done and all trash removed. Houseboats returned late will be subject to a $150.00 per hour late fee.
Don't forget the water toys you and your children will want for your vacation. Paddle boards and Kayaks will entertain your children for hours. Ski boats and fishing boats for the adults and everybody loves wave runners. Quantities are limited so be sure and reserve them at the time you book your houseboat.
